Write in about a stage you cannot place

Pain that changes slowly is hard to place on a timeline. If you live in the Clifton area and cannot tell which stage of a shoulder, spine or headache problem you are in, write in and describe it. Say what has changed, when you first noticed it, and what a clinician has already told you.

A clear account of the sequence helps more than a long list of symptoms. Put the oldest change first and the newest last, then add the one question you most want answered before the next step.
